Delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customers (s) can expect to receive their products 10 – 21 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.
The detailed time frame for production correspondence with the products group is as below:
- Printed apparel (normal/ partial printing): 3-5 business days
- Special for Canvas/Poster printing: 5-7 business days
- All Over Print apparel and products (Full Print): 7-10 business days
Here is an estimate of the shipping time. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details.
You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information by the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 3 hours, your order will be processed for production, stocking, packing, and shipping and this cannot be undone. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number.
To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. However there is a 72-hour wait list for emails, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.
DzTeeshirts is NOT RESPONSIBLE for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
If the order arrives in your country and…
- The customer refuses to accept the package.
- A number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Q: Where are my items coming from?
Almost our fulfillment house is located in the USA, and some of our specialty items ( All Over Print clothing ) are located in other countries such as Hong Kong.

Q: How can I track my order?
- We provide tracking numbers for all orders.
- It may take up to 5-7 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments).
